NB Fluff: Thanks Mama Boutique Review

Thanks Mama is one of my favorite online cloth diaper boutiques. It also happens to be a local business for me in the Boston area. You may remember we previously reviewed the Kissaluvs Marvels and Happy Heinys diaper from Thanks Mama. For Newborn Fluff we are thankful to be reviewing the Stretch Bamboozles Fitted Diaper with a Sugar Peas Single Layer Organic Knit Wool Cover.

About Thanks Mama: The Thanks Mama store has a huge selection of diapers, I see all the best brands there. Everything from prefolds, to contours, fitteds, one-size, and AIOs are there. You get free shipping with orders over $60 and free gifts with orders over $100. There are also a lot pf package options if you're looking to buy a whole stash of diapers. Newborn packages are available as well. In addition to diapers galore you'll find a variety of baby carriers, some strollers, toys, bedding, and accessories.

Current Thanks Mama Package Perks:
  • Free hemp inserts with Fuzzi Bunz packages
  • Free additional microfiber inserts with a Thirties Duo package
  • Free pair of baby legs with a package of 12 bumGenius
  • Kissaluvs fitteds and contours packages come with free diaper covers!

Materials: Are you catching on that we love bamboo yet? This stretch Bamboozles fitted (below) is oh so soft! I wouldn't mind wearing one! The this wool cover is perfect over it, never heard of Sugar Peas, but I'm liking what I'm seeing. We'll see how it holds up to wear.

Sizing: The Stretch Bamboozles (above) comes in two sizes, this small one should fit up to 18 lbs! So you get a trim fit yet not too many sizes to buy. It has a very customized fit with the aplix closure. I like the wide tabs and the fact they can cross over for a tiny waist. The wool cover (below) has snaps and comes in a small, medium, and large. The small that we received should fit up to 16 lbs, around the same range as the Bamboozles.

Value: Though these are not one-size, they do compensate with a great trim fit and super absorbency of the fitted. The Stretch Bamboozles is $19.95 each and the Sugar Peas wool cover is on sale for $29.99, normally priced at $33.95. Certainly not something to fill a stash with (unless your husband is a millionaire), but perfect for overnight and long trips to avoid rashes!

Come back to Eco-Babyz later this fall/winter for our account of how each Newborn Fluff product worked for us.

Disclaimer: I did not receive any payment for this review. I was provided a sample of the product for review purposes. The opinions are solely my own and your experience may differ.
