Albion Fit Swimsuit Review and Discount {Giveaway Soon!}

Summer is approaching fast and I couldn't help but think of the fact that my maternity swimsuit is too big and my pre-baby swimsuits are too skimpy. I've been dreaming of a swimsuit that would be flattering but modest on my post-two-babies body. I'm so excited to share the Albion Fit line of women's fitness and swimwear with you and I'm thankful they have sent me the Big Polka Suit to wear at the beach this summer!

The Big Polka Suit is a two piece halter tankini with a separate bottom and attached sash. When I first opened the package I thought for sure it would be too big on me, I got the size extra small. Then I decided to try it on and thankfully, it was absolutely perfect! I was amazed at the way it fit me and how well designed the cut it. It has great coverage without looking like it belongs to my grandmother. It's a perfect style for a post-baby body and I think it would look great on a woman of any size.

I really like the modest cut of the bikini bottoms. Let's just say that with two kids, the last thing I have time for is spending hours in the shower tending to my bikini line. This cut is perfect for just the minimum maintenance! I also like how the sash accentuates the hips and gives it even more style. I like the open back and shoulders to get some sun. The print is fabulous, it hides anything your kids may spill on you and they will see you on the beach when they wander off! The combination of black and white is always flattering on any skin tone and since it isn't solid black, you're not going to be scorched in the sun.

Albion Fit has a wonderful selection of modern, stylish swimsuits - you'll have a hard time choosing one! I spent a good hour trying to decide which swimsuit to get. You can mix and match tops and bottoms, which is especially helpful if you're not the same size on the top and bottom. There are also plenty of one-piece bathing suits and tankinis.

Aside from the amazing swimsuits, Albion Fit has a line of workout clothing that includes tank tops, yoga pants, hoodies, capris, tennis skirts, and crew shirts. Flattering designs, great color selection, fitness friendly styles for moms on the move. Perhaps the only thing that would make the selection even better is if there were some options made with natural materials like organic cotton, bamboo, and/or merino wool (which has perfect properties for active wear).

The swimsuit I received is $92 and most of the Albion Fit swimsuits are in that price range. I can tell that it is very good quality, it's unlike any department store swimsuit I've seen. It has very solid stitching and the material is thick and substantial - i.e. it results in a great fit and smooths things out. You definitely get what you pay for in this instance, it's a swimsuit you can wear for many seasons.

Albion Fit has generously offered my readers an exclusive discount code for $15 off any purchase of $50 or more! Use code ecobabyz15 for your deal, good until 5/20/2013.

  5. Love the full coverage bottoms- especially with a lot of the stores carrying the brazilian style right now. I have been searching for a suit that stays in place as my 2 yr old loves to run all over and is always up and down at the beach. Thanks for this review and giveaway!
